Jam Drops (Classic Cookies)

Anzac Biscuits

Anzac Biscuits are a delicious traditional cookie made in Australia and New Zealand during the month of April, in time for ANZAC Day. Rolled Oats, Coconut and Flour are combined with Golden Syrup, Butter and Sugar to create a fantastic, crunchy biscuit. Don't buy those awful biscuits from the shop - use this easy recipe to make your own - you'll love them!

Turkey and Vegetable Puffs (Puff Pastry Pies)

Turkey and Vegetable Puffs are delicious as a snack, main meal or party food. Crispy, flaky Puff Pastry envelopes a creamy mixture of turkey, mixed vegetables, onions and creamed corn. This recipe is sure to become a quick family favourite!

500g Turkey Mince (or Chicken Breast Mince)
1 Onion (Chopped)
2 Cloves of Crushed Garlic (About 2 Teaspoons)
1 1/2 Cups of Frozen Mixed Vegetables
Small Amount of Olive Oil
1/2 Cup of Creamed Corn
1/2 Cup of Evaporated Milk (available in cans at the supermarket)
6 Sheets of Frozen Puff Pastry (Thawed and Quartered)

MAKES 12 PUFFS (OR 24 MINI PUFFS)


Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Fancy Macaroni and Cheese

Fancy Macaroni and Cheese is a twist on the old classic baked pasta dish. Succulent pasta is combined with cream, milk and cheese to create a deliciously thick cheesy sauce. Fried bacon and semi-sundried tomatoes are added along with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs to create a dish your whole family will love!

500ml of Pouring Cream
1/2 Cup of Milk
2 Cups of GratedTasty Cheese (plus a little extra for topping)

100g of Semi Sundried Tomatoes (available from the Deli)
1/2 Cup of Dry Bread Crumbs
Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt and Pepper


Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 - 45 minutes

My Nephew at Easter - Cute 3 year old has SUGAR CRASH!!!
